About This Role
As an HR Manager at Mahadeva AI, you’ll be responsible for building a high-performance team and shaping a culture that supports innovation, ownership, and growth.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Build and maintain company culture and policies
Handle employee relations and performance management
Organize training and development programs
Ensure compliance with HR practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in recruitment and employee management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of HR tools and processes
