About This Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for users, ensuring a smooth and positive experience with Mahadeva AI products.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or calls
Troubleshoot issues and guide users effectively
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Document common issues and solutions
Share feedback with product and tech teams
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset
Experience in customer support or similar roles
Basic understanding of SaaS or tech products
